Change the color of a chosen target. The amount of MC needed to change the color depends on the size of the target. The colors can be any solid color and multiple colors require the extra amount of MC. For example, Zebra Stripes require twice the amount of MC versus a solid color. Colors only visible to those that can see infrared and ultraviolet can also be added or changed but is only visible to those who can see it depending on their visual range.
