The caster alters the current weather and weather conditions. They can make it foggy, clear, raining, thunderstorm, or snowing. Doing so creates magically summoned weather conditions over the chosen affected area. It costs 1 MC per 1 cubic foot to be affected by this change in weather.
Doing so creates artificial weather conditions only over the effected area and can either be over an individual target (ex: making a single rain cloud over a targets head) or as grand as an entire field (ex: stopping a tornado from destroying a building). If the summoned weather is meant to deal damage such as by summoning hail or lightning then an additional 2 MC per 1 SD of damage is used to create it and deals damage once per the caster’s turn. The altered conditions last for one round per caster’s level before returning to the original weather condition.
