Any target viewing the caster while under this effect have vague recollections of someone being there but the details of who they were and what they said to each other escapes them even if whole conversations were held with them. Those who do become aware of their presence are startled granting the caster a surprise round and anyone they attack are considered flanked but attacking breaks the psychic dampening.
