This also includes written and sign languages and the target becomes unable to communicate in any verbal or nonverbal way. Only raw emotion can be conveyed or felt from those able to feel it. Tongues is capable of restoring speech while Comprehend Languages allows the target to understand others but not communicate. The amount of mana required to cast this spell depends on the size of the target.
