Touched target has their spirit ejected from their body putting them into a trance. While in the trance, the target’s body is considered helpless but their spirit projects and becomes ethereal, gaining all traits and abilities while ethereal and are also invisible. They can become visible to others and even communicate with them but cannot physically interact with them however, it costs 2 MC per round in order to do this. The target can still cast spells while in this form. The spirit can return to their body before the spell ends as an Instant Action by occupying the same space as their body. This can only be used on targets that have a spirit or soul and liches, phylacteries, ethereal targets, machines, and spiritless targets are immune to this spell’s effects.
If cast on an unwilling target then the target receives a Constitution Save against the Spell DC. If successful then the target is immune to the spell from the same source for 24 hours. Otherwise, the target’s spirit is ejected from its body. The amount of MC required depends on the size of the target and lasts for 1 round per level.
