Chosen area, object, or creature gains either Attract or Repel, caster’s choice. If the target has Attract then any creature that observes the target or is within 5 feet of the target must make a Sanity Save equal to the Spell DC. If the creature fails the Sanity Save, they have the uncontrollable urge to walk towards, touch, and/or follow the target that has Attract on it. Refusal to do so inflicts 1 SD to the creature per round they refuse.
If the target has Repel then any creature that observes the target or is within 5 feet of the target must make a Sanity Save equal to the Spell DC. If the creature fails the Sanity Save, they have the controllable urge to walk away and/or avoid the target that has Repel on it. Refusal to do so inflicts 1 SD to the creature per round they refuse.
The cost for the spell is 1 MC per 1 cubic feet of an area covered or based on the Size Chart if the target is a creature or object plus an additional 2 MC per 1 SD of damage it inflicts to disobedient targets. It takes a Full Round Action for this spell to be applied.
