Touched target is capable of understanding any language and the spell magically interprets the language being spoken into the one they are most familiar with. The true original intent of the words and ideas being conveyed are fully comprehended and avoids any chance of mistranslation. This includes written and sign languages as the texts written in other languages are able to be read and the concepts and ideas of the sign languages are able to be understood. This does not teach the target the language nor allow them to communicate back as their mind magically filters the languages into ones already known by them. The amount of MC required to cast this spell depends on the size of the touch target.
