The caster can detect if another caster is using Scry on them or if they are in an area that is under the effect of Scry. This does not inform them of who is using Scry or how far away they are and only that they are under the effects of a Scry spell. They gain this knowledge by an extreme sensation of being watched but the sensation does not come from a specific direction. This sensation is unique enough to not be mistaken to be general paranoia and is only active while casting the spell while under the influence of Scry.
