The target creature gains an affinity based off of the environment or temperature of the area they are in. If they are a race that has an affinity or if they have a bloodline or then their affinity changes with the environment instead. If there is more than one condition present then the caster may choose which affinity they gain. The amount of MC required depends on the size of the target and lasts for 1 round per caster’s level. Their affinities are as follows depending on the environment:
- Mountain / Windy / High Elevation: Air
- Snow / Ice / Freezing / Void: Cold
- Volcanoes / Fire / Hot: Fire
- Rocky / Sandy / Plains: Earth
- Ocean / Rain / Lakes / Rivers: Water
- Urban / Thunderstorms / Powerplants / Virtual Environment: Electricity
- Dark Light Setting / Caves / Underground: Shadow
- Toxic Areas / Polluted Environments / Dumps: Acid
- Graveyards / Undead / Corpses: Death
- Forests / Gardens: Life
- Holy Sites / Religious Buildings / Hollowed Ground: Divine
- Radiation / Cosmic Energy: Qi
- Mindscapes / Psychic Fields: Psychic
- Ethereal Planes / Ether Fields / Haunted Areas: Ethereal
- Time Streams: Time
- High Gravity: Gravity
