Ghouls are undead beings with faces that are elongated similar to that of a dog with red glowing eyes. Their bodies are hunched and covered in hair with thick, hide bodies. They are natives to the distant world of Thule but many believe that they are actually undead remnants of other worlds.
It is said that if a world dies then the natives of that world end up on the shores of Thule and are transformed into ghouls. This is supported by ghouls having poor memory of their own past lives and often exhibit symptoms of amnesia. They mostly live in the wild and especially in caves or dark woods although many can be found throughout the cities of Thule.
