The caster points into the air and creates a cloud that rains down mana on an area dealing 1 SD per 2 MC used. The cloud covers a 1 foot per 1 MC used. The spell has other effects depending on the caster’s Mana Affinity or Emotion Affinity as well. Alternatively, the spell can deal no damage and be used only for its status effect for 1 MC per 1 foot.

  • Fire– The rain deals fire damage and all flammable and combustible targets in the effected area ignite.
  • Earth- The rain deals earth damage and makes the affected are Difficult Terrain and all nonmagical items in the area gain the Broken condition whose hardness is lower than the MC used in the spell.
  • Water- The rain deals water damage and provides the Soaked condition to all targets in the affected area and have a vulnerability to electricity and cold of -5.
  • Air- The rain deals air damage and provides a -2 accuracy to all ranged attacks within the affected area and all airborne targets must make a Dexterity Save against the Spell DC or fall to the ground Prone.
  • Electricity– The rain deals shock damage and targets in the effected area must make a Dexterity Save against the Spell DC or gain the Stunned condition. Any electricity powered items in the effected area gains the Broken condition.
  • Cold– The rain deals cold damage and all targets in the effected area gain the Chilled condition and the ground becomes covered in ice causing any creature attempting to move to make a Dexterity Save against the Spell DC or fall Prone.
  • Acid– The rain deals acid damage and gives all targets in the affected area the Burned condition and all nonmagical items in the area gain the Fragile condition whose hardness is lower than the MC used in the spell.
  • Light- The rain deals light damage and provides the Brightened condition to all targets while increasing the light setting by one in the affected area.
  • Shadow- The rain deals shadow damage and provides Partial Concealment to all targets while decreasing the light setting by one in the affected area.
  • Ethereal- The rain deals ethereal damage and causes any ethereal targets attempting must make a Dexterity Save against the Spell DC or fall Prone.
  • Divine- The rain deals divine damage and provides the Blighted condition to all targets the affected area.
  • Psychic- The rain deals psychic damage and gives all creatures in the affected area the Shaken condition.
  • Qi- The rain deals qi damage and gives all creatures in the affected area the the Nauseated condition.
  • Life- The rain heals the target’s HP instead of damage and provides Stabilize to all targets in the affected area.
  • Death- The rain deals death damage and gives the Decayed condition to all targets in the affected area.
  • Time– The rain deals time damage and gives the Fatigued condition to all targets in the affected area.
  • Gravity- The rain deals gravity damage and gives the Encumbered condition to all targets in the affected area.
  • Null- This rain deals null damage to the target’s MP instead and Nullifies any spell or magic item whose Spell DC is less than the Mana used in this spell while in the affected area.
  • Joy – The rain deals joy damage and provides a +1 bonus per 1 MC used to Empathy Save for 1 round per 1 additional MC used.
  • Sorrow – The rain deals sorrow damage and provides the Flat Footed condition for 1 round per 1 additional MC used.
  • Fear – The rain deals fear damage and provides the Frightened condition for 1 round per 1 additional MC used.
  • Anger – The rain deals anger damage and provides the Enraged condition for 1 round per 1 additional MC used.
  • Love –The rain deals love damage and makes the target Favorable towards the caster for 1 round per 1 additional MC used.
  • Hate –The rain deals hate damage and makes the target Unfavorable towards the caster for 1 round per 1 additional MC used.
  • Neutral – The rain deals neutral damage and provides the Tranquil condition for 1 round per 1 additional MC used.
