The caster reincarnates a single character who has died within the last 24 hours. The character comes back as a new race, and (optionally) gender with new physical traits. They maintain all of their previous memories, personality, gear, spells, and feats and only change in physical appearance. This also changes the creatures racial traits, senses, and age categories. The Player of the character decides the new race, age, and gender.
If used on an NPC then the Verse Master decides the new race, age, and gender. Alternatively, the characters can return as another creature including a basic animal or further in the future or as a new born baby, all of which are unplayable but could be used as plot devices by the Verse Master or as companions for the other Players. The amount of MC required to reincarnate them depends on the size of the character.
