Target becomes frozen in time temporarily losing all Actions and becoming helpless. The target cannot be physically moved or altered in anyway until after stasis ends as everything in their possession also becomes frozen in time. The target can be attacked but only takes the damage and any other status effects once the stasis ends. Frozen targets remain fixed in their position including if they were in the air but move with any targets they were already touching when frozen such as if on a moving Ride. The amount of MC required depends on the mass of the target.
