The caster can communicate telepathically with creatures and relay information in the form of words, images, or concepts by making a telepathic link with them. This allows them to communicate with creatures that speak other languages as well without any misconceptions or barriers. The target must have a mind and must be willing (Sanity Save against the Spell DC to negate). In order to communicate with them telepathically they must know their exact location by either having a visual or through Scry.
The information the caster receives in return from the target is only what the target wishes to share. The information spread is instantaneous regardless of distance. The caster can be telepathically linked to a number of targets equal to half their Sanity Score, rounding down. The amount of MC required to create a telepathic link depends on the size of the target creatures.
