Touched target is capable of making a single Attack against a single target that automatically succeeds. The attacked target is hit by the attack unless prevented by a miracle, Wish, or other ability that would stop a successful attack. The attack cannot be used to make a critical hit and only deals the attack’s normal damage or the regular amount of damage put into the attack if a spell however, any other bonuses still apply. The amount of MC required depends on the size of the target making the attack. The spell must be cast while making an Attack and is cast as a Swift Action but must be cast instead of rolling for Attack.
