Target gains vertigo and has a difficult time attacking and walking. The target is treated as if walking on difficult terrain and if already on difficult terrain then the target must make a Dexterity Check against the Spell DC or otherwise they cannot walk and falls Prone if they attempt to. They are considered flanked when attacked and every target they attack is considered partially concealed and if already partially concealed then they are considered to have total concealment. The amount of MC required depends on the size of the target.
