The caster warps reality around them to change the environment and elements around them. At the cost of 1 MC per 1 cubic foot, the caster can change the elements or temperature of the environment around them into a different one. For example, Hot can be changed to Cold or Fire can be changed into Electricity. This can cause a volcano to have water burst out instead of lava or for it to be raining rocks instead of water. Any elemental change that is meant to deal damage costs an additional 2 MC per 1 SD of damage used to create it. What the natural element is changed to depends on the Mana Affinity of the caster. Only the elemental affinities can be altered this way including fire, earth, water, air, electricity, cold, and acid.
Alternatively, terrains can be changed into different types of terrain. For example, sand can be transformed into water and swamps can be turned into deserts. This can be used to change change regular terrain into difficult terrain and vice versa. It costs 1 MC per 1 cubic foot to do so and the effects of this spell last for 1 round per caster level.
