The caster creates a zone that all targets within the affected are are incapable of telling the truth. The lies spoken are only lies as far as the one speaking knows. If the target truly believes something to be untrue they were told then they will tell the lie as they know it even if it is actually the truth. The zone encompasses 1 foot for every 1 MC used to create the zone. Conversation can be conducted like normal otherwise.
